Cancellation Policy

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure all bookings. The balance due is payable on or before the assessment date. Completed questionnaires must be received at least 7 days before the assessment. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, please contact me as soon as possible.
