Cancellation Policy

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure all bookings. The balance due is payable on or before the assessment date. Completed questionnaires must be received at least 48 hours before the assessment. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, please contact me as soon as possible.
